Although NetGen’s early products create fax-related utility and value, NetGen is not just about fax. It’s about creating the products that offer an alternative to the incumbent telcos by leveraging the new communications values being created by the ‘Internet crowd’ and consumer electronics to create exciting new productivity-enhancing products for the small-to-medium-sized enterprise (SME).
Just as IP telephony is erasing the demarcation between carrier and enterprise communications, over the next several years the same will happen between consumer and residential, enterprise, and carrier.
