Product Support Questions/Issues:

Support tickets are to be submitted using this site.  This process will ensure effective tracking of all support issues and provide you with a submission process that’s more reliable than email.  The site is password protected, so have all of your techs register prior to needing to raise a ticket.

To submit a new ticket, follow these steps:
1. Click on “Support Tickets” on the top menu
2. Click on the “Insert New Item” tab
3. Enter all of your information into the form
4. Save it and you’re done

You’ll receive a confirmation email from tikiadmin@netgencommunications.com with your ticket details and a link to view the ticket tracker.
